Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions that apply when you use the Launch List Pro website, checklist, emails, or product. Use of the service is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Informational service
Launch List Pro provides a directory launch checklist and tools for planning and tracking directory submissions. The checklist, product, and related content are general information, not legal, financial, business, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a directory, submission, or launch step is right for you.
No guarantees
We aim to keep the information useful, but directories and their requirements change. We do not guarantee that content is complete or error-free, that a directory will accept or publish a submission, or that using the checklist or product will produce a particular launch, traffic, ranking, or business result.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, infringe intellectual property, or use the service to spam or deceive others. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
Third-party services
The service may link to directories or use third-party providers, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for the email opt-in. Those services are operated by others and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content, or decisions.
Product emails and privacy
If you join the email list, you may receive the checklist and related Launch List Pro product emails. You can unsubscribe anytime. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, product, automation, and signup information.
Service and terms changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms as the product changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date and will apply to use of the service from that date forward.
