Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and account or session metadata.
• Product profile information, including product and founder names, website and social links, contact details, descriptions, categories, pricing, logos, screenshots, and launch-video links or uploads you provide.
• Campaign, submission, and evidence information, including selected directories, schedules, status, blockers, timestamps, cost records, automation output, screenshots, and review decisions.
• Email signup information, including your required email address, optional first name, and subscription or opt-out status.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, request time, and security or diagnostic logs sent by your browser or generated while operating the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure your account and provide the product;
• save product profiles and plan, queue, review, and track directory submissions;
• when you request or enable automation, prepare information for selected directories, operate a browser session, and record the result for your review;
• send the checklist and related product emails you requested and honor opt-outs;
• support, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the service; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Service providers and other recipients

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the service or as described below:

• Lovable Cloud and its Supabase-compatible services provide hosting, authentication, database, and storage infrastructure.
• GoHighLevel/LeadConnector processes email opt-ins, contact records, and product email delivery.
• Browser Use may receive a bounded product profile and selected directory URL when browser automation is invoked.
• Selected directories receive the product and contact information you choose to submit. Directory listings may become public and are governed by each directory's own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or transaction partners when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the service you request or perform a contract with you, based on your consent for optional marketing, for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Retention

We generally retain account, product, campaign, submission, and evidence information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We retain email-list information while you are subscribed and may keep a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so we can honor your choice. Security logs and backups are retained only as reasonably needed for operational and legal purposes.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may contact us to make a request. We may verify your identity and may retain information when reasonably required to honor an opt-out, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls intended to isolate account data. No method of online storage or transmission is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards available under their contracts and applicable law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or our practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise its effective date.
